How are your products made?
Everything here is handmade, from the crochet stitch to the drawn details on the back of each wall hanging. All wools are baby friendly and allergy free, made in Portugal. No animal is hurt during our process.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes! Just contact us and we’ll do something just for you.

Do you ship everywhere?

How long does it take until my order is shipped?
All items are handmade and our stocks are very low, so it may take up to 7 business days to produce and ship them.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do, to retail stores. Please visit our wholesale section. However, our catalog is not sent to individuals or end users.

Can my order be wrapped has a gift?
Yes, all our orders are sent with a nice package and we can write something just for you. If you wish to give a special present to someone you love, please contact us when you purchase it.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa/Mastercard and Bank Transfer. For this last one, it may take longer, since we need all confirmations. If you wish to pay with debit card or wire transfer, or if you have any problems with your payment, please contact us.

Do you accept refunds?
Every piece is created specifically for you so there's no refunds, sorry.
In case of damage or loss please contact us.

I didn’t get my order. What happened?
To every item is provided a tracking number, so you can always follow its journey to you. However, some orders may get stuck in Customs - the buyer is responsible for any fees applicable. If you decide not to pay these custom fees, the order will be returned to Hey Billie's offices and no refunds will take place.

I changed my mind and I don’t want my order. Can I cancel it?
Since every item is handmade, we do not accept cancellations, so please think and read carefully the description of every item. If you have any questions or if you want to cancel your order, please contact us directly, we will evaluate the situation.

Can I talk about Hey Billie in my site/blog?
Yes, we’re happy if you do so! Just post our website and send us an email so we can help share it with the world.

I’m coming to Porto, can I visit your store?
We're afraid we still don’t have a physical store! But send us an email and we'll be happy to give you some tips of our favourite spots in town.
